David Millar finishes third, only behind writer Gore Vidal and former Japanese PM Yasuhiro Nakasone, helped by prodigous wine consumption just a few days ahead of last summer’s Tour de France.
On the expense list Millar managed to rack up more than Nobel Peace Prize winners, Russian oligarchs, France’s richest man and the chairman of Goldman Sachs.
