Vacansoleil-DCM’s bike for 2013, the Bianchi Oltre.
The blue and “celeste” tones of the Dutch sponsor and Italian brand merge better on the bike compared to the previous edition which had black and white on the frame too.
Look closely and you can see they have switched to Campagnolo components for 2013. But this doesn’t appear to be full sponsorship as there’s an FSA crank and brakes, FFWD wheels and Look Pedals, as well as a gold chain that doesn’t come from the Vincenza manufacturer.
Surely the most mixed choice of components in the pro peloton and it suggests the team doesn’t have full sponsorship but is buying some of these parts although typically this is done at very good rates direct from the distributor as the team will show off the products on the roads soon.
